Villa Utsuvaara is a spectacular log villa, overlooking magical landscapes. The villa is located in a private and peaceful spot, almost on top of the Utsuvaara fell, only 10 minutes from the center of Levi Ski Resort. The 500m² villa blends into surroundings as it is built with natural materials. Villa Utsuvaara accommodates comfortably 14 guests. The scenery, location and outstanding architecture makes this luxurious log villa one of its kind.

The three-story villa features enchanting views of Lapland's natural beauty through its expansive windows and balconies. This spacious villa comprises seven bedrooms, each with double beds that can be arranged in various configurations. Four of these bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is a luxurious haven, complete with an en-suite bathroom, a private sauna, and a convenient kitchenette. For relaxation, the villa offers a sauna, a shower room, and a sauna lounge with a cozy fireplace. The living room, adorned with a grand fireplace and soaring 8-meter-high windows, is complemented by a well-appointed kitchen for a private chef and a dining area

The villa has also an outdoor jacuzzi which brings a little more luxury to your holiday while hunting for Northern Lights. Kittilä Airport is conveniently located only 20 minutes scenic drive away from the chalet. The location of the villa offers plenty of opportunities for extraordinary adventures !
