Private Lake Estate is a unique villa in Southern Finland. The estate is completely private, with it's own lake and it consist of two different villa buildings and two lake side saunas. It is a perfect place to relax by the calm lake and its surrounding peaceful nature. The estate offers variety of activities all year round for the guests’ use such as a private beach, rowing boat, tennis court, basketball court, 2km long crosskart track and gym.

The 13 ha lake is surrounded by lush green forest area and beaches embracing unique sense of calmness and absolute tranquility. Estate has completely private lake, which provides absolute privacy to the guests with all comforts. The lake is idyllic place to relax and get a break out of the city’s hustle and bustle.

This 749m² villa features all together 8 bedrooms: Main villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodating 8+2guests. The guest house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 6+2 guests. Sauna building has extra sleeping space on a foldable bed for 2 guests.

Estate can accommodate up to 18 guests.

Property is not rented for events and parties.

LAYOUT:
The main villa: This 504m² modern and spacious villa features fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large living room. The Villa is surrounded by large terrace area, which leads down by the lake, where you can find a cozy wooden sauna.
Club House: Next to the the main villa featuring a fully equipped gym, a bar and two toilets.
The Guest House, Lake House: On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that is connected to a spacious living room with a fireplace. There is also one bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The ground floor has also a guest toilet. The first floor consist of two bedrooms and bathrooms, one with twin beds and another with double bed. Both bedrooms include a utility room and balcony.
Sauna building: Detached, situated next to the villa, it features sauna, shower room, wc and small kitchenette/living room and foldable bed for two guests. Outside the house there is a large garden and barbecue area with fireplace and gas bbq grill where you can grill your dinner/lunch outdoor and have pleasant gatherings.
