Situated amidst the breathtaking landscape of Rukatunturi, Villa Ruka Hill features an impressive 398m² and serves as a private retreat capable of accommodating up to 10 guests. This villa is an ideal choice for those seeking both space and privacy, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for leisure travelers and corporate guests alike.
Over the years, Villa Ruka Hill has hosted several of Finland’s presidents, including President Mauno Koivisto, whose photograph is displayed on the wall as he received skis from the residents of Kuusamo. This rich history adds to the charm and prestige of the villa.
The villa is spread over two floors and includes five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two extra guest toilets, totaling seven. The bedrooms consist of two double rooms and three twin rooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests. The communal areas are beautifully designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious 14-person dining table and a large, cozy sofa set by the fireplace enhance the luxurious feel. Additional amenities include a housekeeping room, a drying room, and a large sports equipment room, all located on the lower floor.
Outside on the villa's patio, you can fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Enjoy the fresh air and tranquil atmosphere, and for those looking for ultimate relaxation, an inviting outdoor jacuzzi awaits, perfect for stargazing or simply unwinding. The villa also features a magnificent sauna that can accommodate up to 14 people, with two showers, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of activities.
